Q. What is a Wepow Video Interview?
A. Wepow video interviewing is an innovative way to screen and find the best talent globally. A video interview allows organizations to connect with and evaluate candidates at a time that best suits them. The interviewers themselves make use of their computer webcams. For example, pre-recorded video interview questions are recorded from your computer and candidates can record their responses from multiple devices (PC/Macs, smartphones, tablets). Pre-recorded video interviewing is usually used to replace the initial phone screen while live and panel video interviewing is popular in eliminating travel expense.

Q. How do I review responses that have been shared with me?
A. You will receive an email from Wepow providing you with a link to review your candidates' responses. How you review will depend on your accounts' security level (Easy Access, Limited Easy Access, Most Secure Access).
Easy Access: When "Easy Access" security is enabled you will have a pre-set amount of time to review candidates’ responses and an unlimited amount of interview views. Your account administrator will determine this pre-set time (3 -90 days) during account set-up. "Easy Access" requires no registration to review candidates' responses and doesn’t allow you to comment or evaluate without registering for an account. You will simply click the link and start watching the video interview.
Limited Easy Access: When "Easy Limited Access" security is enabled you will have a pre-set amount of time to review candidates' responses in addition to a pre-set number of interview views. Your account administrator will determine both the amount of pre-set time (3-90 days) to review the responses and the pre-set amount of interview views (3-10 times) during account set-up. "Limited Easy Access" requires no registration to review candidates’ responses and doesn't allow you to comment or evaluate without registering for an account. You will simply click the link and start watching the video interview.
Most Secure Access: When "Most Secure Access" is enabled you will be required to register and use your login credentials every time you wish to review a candidates' video interview. No pre-set amount of time to review candidates' responses or pre-set number of interview views will exist – full access, all the time!

Q. How can I review the candidates' resume (CV), LinkedIn profile, or other candidate-specific documents?
A. LITE, PRO, and ENTERPRISE accounts have the benefit of additional candidate documents. If a resume (CV) or LinkedIn profile has been added by either the candidate or recruiter, it will appear in the "Documents" and/or "LinkedIn" area of the candidate's record. Within your account, you will have both a "Documents" and "LinkedIn" button in the upper right corner of a candidate's video response. By clicking these buttons, you will be able to download their resume (CV), LinkedIn profile. In addition to resume (CV) and LinkedIn profiles LITE, PRO, and ENTERPRISE accounts will also have the ability to upload multiple candidate support documents (Excel, CSV, PPT, Word, PDF).
Q. How do I add comments?
A. The ability to add comments and evaluate candidates requires registration and login. Once registered, logged in, and reviewing a candidates' video interview you can leave your comments directly under each candidate's video response. If an account has yet to have been set up for you we recommend you contact your recruiter or head of talent acquisition to assist you with this matter.
Q. Can I share a candidate's interview?
A. Only seat holders can share a candidates' video interview with other hiring team members. Sharing candidates is dependent on how your account administrator has set your preferences (Easy Access, Limited Easy Access, or Most Secure Access). Please contact your account administrator for questions regarding the selected sharing function of your organization.
Q. Is there a limit on the number of times I have to view a video interview or how long the interview is available to review?
A. We recommend you ask your account administrator what restrictions and sharing security settings they have set since limitations are dependent on the configuration of the account. Your administrator will be able to provide you with the number of days you have to view an interview link in addition to any limitations set for how many times you can review a candidates' response. In most instances, you will have three days to review any given video interview.
Q. Wepow is asking me to register, what will that do?
A. As a hiring manager, registration will allow you to evaluate your candidates that have been shared with you on both your computer and your mobile device. Your evaluations will update the candidate record and will be available for your recruitment team to review. If you choose not to create an account, your access level will be limited or restricted allowing you only to review candidates responses without evaluating. Wepow strongly recommends managers register to take advantage of our easy to use thumbs up/thumbs down, "Approved" and "Dismissed" features in addition to our custom evaluations tools for our PRO and ENTERPRISE accounts.
Q. Can I review candidate's responses from my mobile device?
A. Absolutely! You can download the free Wepow recruiter app from the Apple app store.
