Q. How do I update/install Flash Player?
A. You can update/install Flash Player from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
After you are done updating Flash Player, you will need to restart your browser.

Q. I can't see the privacy tab ("Allow" and "Remember" not showing)
A. Not a problem! It seems that you have started a private browsing session on your browser. When you use private browsing, websites you visit cannot use the camera and microphone (Privacy), nor can they store any data locally on your machine (Storage). That is why you can't see the Privacy tab on the Adobe Setting window.
Just close your Private Browsing session and open a non-private window to use WePow.
Q. I can't click on "Allow" and "Remember", what should I do?
A. There is a problem with some versions of Adobe Flash Player that prevents you from allowing access to your webcam from the regular interface. But there is a simple solution for that:
Update your Adobe Flash Installation: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Come back to your interview and refresh your browser. If the problem persists continue with the step 3.
Go back to your interview. In the "Setup Phase" right click on the video component and select the option "Global Settings".
A pop-up window will appear. Select the "Camera and Mic" tab and click on the "Camera and Microphone Settings By Site…" button.
A new window will appear. Click on the "+" button.
Copy from the URL of your interview, the website subdomain and domain.
Paste it in the Website Domain field. Please ensure that you enter the correct subdomain from the URL.
Select "Allow" from the drop down.
Click on Close on the "Camera and Mic" settings panel
Close the "Flash Player" panel
Reload the page
Q. How can I re-display the panel to change my Privacy settings?
A. You may want to change your Privacy Settings if, for example, you selected "Remember" and then want to change your "Allow" or "Deny" answer. To redisplay the Privacy Settings panel:
Right-click the video component while the application is running.
From the context menu, select Settings, and then click the Privacy tab.
Q. Shockwave Crashes on Chrome
A. Google Chrome already includes an integrated version of Flash Player, which is automatically updated by Chrome – there is normally no need to download the standalone Adobe version of Flash Player, which is intended for non-Chrome users (primarily Firefox).
However, if Firefox or a similar web browser is (or has ever been) installed on your computer, then you have likely also installed the standalone version of Flash for Firefox/other web browsers.
Having two Flash Player versions enabled may cause "the following plugin has crashed: Shockwave Flash" error message because they conflict with each other. We suggest you try on a different web browser, like Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Another solution is to disable Chrome's integrated Adobe Flash Player plugin to force the use of the standalone version. You can this by accessing this URL in Chrome: chrome://plugins/ and clicking Disable on Chrome's Flash Player plugin (the one with the longest Location path):
