A guide to interviewing success.
You have been invited to participate in a WePow. Live interview. Now what?
Following the simple steps below to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Save the date and prepare!
You will receive either a calendar invitation or an email with the WePow. Live Interview Link.
- Make note of both the day and time of your interview.
- Fill out the "Welcome to your interview" form selecting your appropriate interview role (i.e. Interviewer).
Test your equipment prior to the agreed upon interview time.
- Click the WePow. Live interview link upon receiving it (either through email or calendar invite).
- By clicking the interview link you can ensure your webcam and microphone are properly configured and that those setting are saved.
Proper webcam setup tip.
Most browsers require you to click “Allow, Remember, and Save” before connecting your webcam. Google Chrome notifies users directly below the URL.

If unable to connect your equipment properly, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Update your Flash Player. ✔
Outdated Flash software can cause web cam and microphone complications.
Update your browser. ✔
WePow is designed to run on all major browsers; updating your software will help you connect.
Try a different browser. ✔
Are you having issues with Internet Explorer? Try downloading/connecting Firefox and or Chrome.
