Are you having problems accessing and/or uploading your video interview from an iOS device? Don't worry, follow these tips that will help you resolve your issues!
1. Access the interview
To access your interview through an iOS device just click the invitation email link and follow the instructions onscreen:
If you can't see the above image it means the Organization trying to interview you doesn't support mobile interviews. In that case you'll have to answer your interview using a computer and a webcam. Sorry for the inconveniences.
PS. You can contact us directly at email@example.com to verify if your interview can be answered through the mobile app.
2. Close other applications running in the background
It is best to close any other apps running in the background (specialty apps demand too much memory from your device --i.e. games and video players).

3. Close and re-open the WePow app
If the application freezes while trying to upload your interview please try the following:
Close the WePow app (see instructions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137)*.
The app will try to upload your interview once again.
This problem usually affects users connected to a slower Internet connection so if it persists we recommend you to try again from another location.
Lastly, remember that you can always answer your interview using a computer with a webcam.

4. Verify that your interview was uploaded correctly
You will know if your interview uploaded correctly if you see the following flow of screens right after answering your last question:
Additionally, you’ll receive a confirmation email after completing your interview.
