When can I use my mobile device?
Using a mobile device to complete your interview is a great option for when you are on the go. It can also be used as an alternative if you are experiencing issues with your computer, such as:
- No camera or microphone installed
- Internet connection is slow
- Problems accessing the interview
We currently support iOS and Android devices with up-to-date operating systems, which must have the following features:
- Front-facing camera
- Enough storage space to download and record your interview (a typical interview can require around 200MB)
- Good internet connection to download and upload your interview. We recommend a WiFi connection.
