Are you having problems accessing to your video interview? Does the Systems Requirements test keeps on loading and nothing happen?
This might be caused by Chrome blocking the Flash Player Plugin or by the lack of it at all. Don't worry though, follow these tips that will help you resolve this issue!
- Verify that you have Flash Player installed. If not, you can install it from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
- If you see this icon in the Address bar click on it and select the option "Always Allow". See the image below:
- After this please refresh your web browser and you should be able to proceed with your video interview.
NOTE: If you are on Safari, please try again using another browser. We officially don't support Safari.
