How to access using IE? (downloading the OpenTok plugin)

If you would like to access your Live interview using IE you will require to download the OpenTok plugin, to do it:

1. Access your interview or the system test.
2. Once inside you'll see a black pop up window, click on accept end-user license agreement and then press the Download plugin button to start the plugin download:
   
3. Right away, you will see a toolbar at the bottom of your screen. Click on Run to install the plugin:
   
4. Finally, once you have installed the plugin you will have to refresh your browser. If everything went correctly you will be asked to select your microphone and camera:
   
5. NOTE: This is a one time process, in future interviews, you won't be asked to do this again.
