Are you having problems accessing and/or uploading your video interview from an Android device? Don't worry, please follow these simple tips that will help you resolve your issues!
1. Access the interview
To access your interview through an Android device just click the invitation email link and follow the instructions onscreen:
If you can't see the above image it means the Organization trying to interview you doesn't support mobile interviews. In that case you'll have to answer your interview using a computer and a webcam. Sorry for the inconvenience.
PS. You can contact us at support@wepow.com to verify if your interview can be answered through the mobile app.
2. Verify that your Android device supports the WePow app
The WePow app is supported by a wide range of Android devices, however we are still working on adding additional vendors everyday. If you see a page like the following while trying to download the WePow app it means that we don't support your Android device. You will be able to connect and take your interview via a PC or Mac computer:

3. Close and re-open WePow app
If the application freezes while trying to upload your interview please try the following:

Close the WePow app.

Re-open WePow.

The app will try to upload your interview once again.
This problem usually affects users connected to a slower Internet connection so if it persists we recommend you to try again from another location.
Lastly, remember that you can always answer your interview using a computer with a webcam.
4. Verify that your interview was uploaded correctly
Your interview uploaded correctly if you saw the following flow of screens right after completing your last question:
Additionally, you’ll receive a confirmation email after completing your interview.
