Q. How do I update/install Flash Player?
A. You can update/install Flash Player from here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
After you are done updating Flash Player, you will need to restart your browser.
You can check your version of Flash Player installed here: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
Q. I can't see the privacy tab ("Allow" and "Remember" not showing)
A. It seems that you have started a private browsing session on your browser.
When you use private browsing, websites you visit cannot use the camera and microphone (Privacy), nor can they store any data locally on your machine (Storage).
Close your Private Browsing session and open a non-private window to use WePow.
Q. I can't click on "Allow" and "Remember", what should I do?
A. There is a problem with some versions of Adobe Flash Player that prevents you from allowing access to your webcam from the regular interface. But there is a simple solution for that:
-
Update your Adobe Flash Installation: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
-
Restart your browser and go back to your interview.
If the problem persists please try again using another browser.
Q. Enable (unblock) Flash Player on Safari

From the When visiting other websites menu, choose On, and then click Done. - For each website in the list, choose On.
- Click Done to save changes.
Q. How can I reopen the panel to change my Privacy settings?
A. You may want to change your Privacy Settings if, for example, you selected "Remember" and then want to change your "Allow" or "Deny" answer. To redisplay the Privacy Settings panel:
-
Right-click the video component while the application is running.
-
From the context menu, select Settings, and then click the Privacy tab.
